Site audit Pro

Great idea and application.
I am a field representative with a geotechnical firm, I like the ability to record my observation and inspections for my personal diary. I do not like that after paying 16-17 dollars I still need to pay more to put my company info on the form.
I also would like the ability to record the weather conditions for the day.
