well worth the money and helps on several job sites Im on. I really wish this would be available for my surface and I would like to be able to open files that I do on my phone and iPad vis versa.

This is a simple app which was exactly what I was looking for to do property inspections. The only problems I have is it cuts off text after one line and if you have two pages of photos sometimes one photo is on page one, and the text is on top of page two. It would be nice to have a customizable title page.

I use site audit pro in the field to do reports for inspections of work reviews. I can not say anything negative about it.

I am in property management and have done many reports and this is very easy to use. I do wish you could take more than one photo per issue. I recommend to anyone who does quality control inspections.

This app is okay for basic logging, but for $25 I expected more than what Site Audit Pro delivered. They need more annotation options like text/typewriter, clouds, arrows, etc. It would be nice to have an area that shows when the issue was resolved, as well as an option to attach more than one picture. This app should be able to organize the issues by trade/responsible party so I can send only the applicable issues to each contractor. If Site Audit Pro included all the things I mentioned I still would find it hard to believe this is a $25 app. Make the fixes so I dont have to delete this cr-app.

Working for a Property Management company, I have been looking for an app to help generate inspection reports. As of now, I can say that I found what I was looking for in this app. So far, I have no regrets with my purchase...but will let you know if I discover any issues as I use the app more.

This is probably the best app for capturing issues that need to be addresses. I would really like to see an option to add more than 1 photo per issue. Sometimes 1 photo isnt enough to explain the situation.

The app is very useful for documenting routine and simple property inspections. To be more useful it needs for enhancements for writing text on the photos and the ability to add fields to the report would be great.

I find this app to be especially useful when dealing with out-of-town clients. I can photograph an item of interest, write a notes about the item and annotate the photos to highlight what Im talking about. The client gets immediate knowledge of the situation and can therefore make an educated decision concerning the issue. Saves them a trip to the job site which sometimes can be hours or days away. Produces a nice clean report to send with my estimates on new work as well.

The app is simple to use. However, several features are missing so that I cant use it more fully. The primary one would be a report save as feature. It would be great to use the last report, add to it and subtract from it, and then re- save it while maintaining the old report. Would cut my job in half and allow me to use the app for more things. An option to select layout would be Ok. But better would be to allow the simple choice for each report of 1-4 photos per page. It used to be 4, now it is three. Some reports, you want your photos large. Others, they are more just reminders and can be smaller. My primary reports I have to do the old way: photos, import into Word and then add commentary and arrows. Mostly 2 photos per page. Sometimes 4. It varies. I think it would be easy for this app to do, even on a page by page basis. But the save as is key. This is an update to above. Since we have been using the app, approximately 1+ years, great improvements have been made. For what I use it for, the only other useful feature that I can think of right now is to be able to select and import multiple photos at once, rather than one by one and a "Save As" feature. Right now I just overwrite my old reports and then email myself the PDF so I can keep a snapshot.

As a Property Manager with over 30 properties, property inspections are always a headache! This app makes the process of completing property inspections much more simple. My favorite feature is that it creates a report for you directly from the pictures and notes you take. Huge time saver!

I found this app to be perfect for my work. Its quick, efficient and creates a professional looking report. There are a couple of things that would be nice to add. One being a job daily log page. For me, it would then be the perfect all around app for my work and eliminate the need for any others.

Overall app is Great. Needs the ability to create a template to be utilized over and over. This standardization is key to a consistent audit report.

Several people at our environmental consulting firm use this App every day and find it to be incredibly useful. Updates have been plentiful and they have taken users advice in making quality additions to the program. Highly recommended as a professional product.

It app works pretty good and a couple of colleagues also use it. I would like to be able to assign more pics to a single issue. I use the app for site surveys pre-proposal and sometimes send the report to my customers. I have been in contact with their tech support & they are open to suggestions/input which is good.

Love it...I use it every day for daily job reports and all construction site reports, but I love using it for punch lists.

Great idea and application. I am a field representative with a geotechnical firm, I like the ability to record my observation and inspections for my personal diary. I do not like that after paying 16-17 dollars I still need to pay more to put my company info on the form. I also would like the ability to record the weather conditions for the day.

No support or help even though there is a help email. Report only ends up being an email attachment, it downloads an useable PDF that will not highlight for copy and paste feature. So if your planning on using this app for adding to a report, save your money.
